Our cottage is situated on the edge of the village Beňová Lehota, about 4 km from Dolný Kubín, in the Orava region in the north west of Slovakia.
The beautiful nature makes it a good stay in all the four seasons.
Vaste possibilities for walking, hiking in the mountains, cycling (not only for mountain bikes) in spring, summer and autumn.
In the winter the skiresort Kubínska hoľa offers many opportunities for both alpine and cross country skiing. (only 3 km from the cottage to the skilifts)

Except for sports there is a lot to see in the neighbourhood.
The Orava Castle in Oravský Podzámok, the open air museum near Zuberec and a boat trip on the Orava dam are probably the most known but for sure not the only ones.

Our cottage is prepared to accommodate 4 to 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath and toilet, a kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove and micro-wave oven and a living-room with satellite TV.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and a second toilet.
There is free Wifi internet in the cottage.
You can park your car directly next to the cottage, in the garden.
